What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order is 500 kg for raw salt and 50 pieces for salt lamps. We can discuss smaller trial orders for new wholesale customers at adjusted per-unit pricing.
Do you offer product samples?
Yes. We ship sample packs of our most popular salt lamps and raw salt grades. Sample packs are charged at cost plus shipping. The sample cost is credited against your first full order.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We quote on FOB Lahore/Karachi and CNF terms. DDP quotes are available for some destinations. All prices are in USD unless otherwise requested.
Can you do custom branding or private labeling?
Yes. We offer custom packaging, label printing, and logo engraving on salt lamps for orders above our private label minimum. Contact us with your artwork and requirements.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight to Europe takes 18-28 days. North America is 20-35 days. We also offer air freight for urgent smaller orders. Exact transit times depend on the destination port and carrier availability.
